Thank you for choosing the Coconuts Beach Resort for your vacation in the sun. We hope your stay with us will be an enjoyable relaxing experience. Our staff will do everything possible to make you feel at home.
Rates: We require a three night minimum a week for Holidays and the Winter Season. The rate for a one bedroom unit is for two persons an additional person is $10 per day or $60 per week. No more than four persons allowed in a one bedroom. The rate for a two bedroom is for four persons an additional person is $10 per day or $60 per week. No more than six persons in a two bedroom. There is no charge for children under the age of 8 years old, but they are counted as a person in your party. Overcrowding of the units may result in immediate eviction and loss of deposit.
Deposits: We require a credit card number to hold all reservations at the time the reservation is made and a 25% deposit by check or money order within 30 days of the day the reservation is made. Once we have received your check we will send a confirmation of your reservation. Cancellations: We require a 60 day notice for a full refund of deposit and 90 days for group reservations. Substitution of accommodations: Although it is rare sometimes circumstances arise beyond our control. We reserve the right to substitute accommodations. We would do our very best to keep your reservation in the same location (poolside, courtyard, gulf front) however this depends on availability. In addition should any mechanical failures occur during your stay Coconuts Management Inc. will do their best to arrange prompt and thorough repairs. Unfortunately, we cannot always offer discounts for the inconvenience. Amenities: Each unit is individually owned and reflects the tastes of the owner. We do our best to accurately describe each unit and its amenities; however we cannot be responsible if tenants are dissatisfied with the décor. (You are welcome to fill in a comment card in the front office for us to give to that owner.) Please leave dishes, utensils, furniture etc. in the unit to which they have been assigned. You are responsible for maintaining the unit during your stay. You will be charged a cleaning fee in the amount of $25 to $50 if the unit is not left in a reasonable condition. Please let us know if anything is broken or damaged in the unit upon arrival. This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.Barbecue grills and pool furniture are located on the property for your convenience. Please do not remove them from the designated areas. Please dispose of the barbecue ashes in the cans located near the grill. Do not take Coconuts loungers or chairs to the beach. (We do not supply chairs or towels for the beach.) Pool hours are 9:00am to 9:00pm Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. No large floats, boards or inner tubes in the pool. Small pool toys for children are OK. No diving, running or jumping into the pool. Please no glass containers at or around the pool for every ones safety. Pool privileges are for registered guests only. Due to increasing risk and higher liability guests of the Princess Martha condos (PM’s) and the Tahitians may not have use of the pool at the Coconuts. Towels will be exchanged at the front office. You may request extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. at that time. Please use the basket provided for you in the closet to exchange your soiled towels. If you are here for more than two weeks a linen service will be scheduled during the week with our house keeping staff. Please dispose of your trash in the dumpster located at the east end of the parking lot behind the office building. Laundry facilities are located behind the office; you may need to obtain a key from the office. (Laundry facilities are coin operated, 1.25 per load.) Parking is for registered guests only. Sorry, but parking is very limited we allow one parking space per unit. Please make sure you place your parking permit in the window of your car. NO parking facilities for boats or jet skis. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed away at the owner’s expense. Please do not leave valuables in unlocked cars or rooms. Each unit is non smoking. You may smoke outside on the patios/porch. No pets
