Dear Guest,
We are thrilled to see our returning guests as well as new guests. We hope your stay with us will be a relaxing enjoyable experince. As per COVID 19 we have been required to change a few of our rules and regulations. The units have been sanitized and clean by a professional cleaning company. We ask that you follow the guidelines of social distancing, washing of your hands and wearing a mask when you enter restaurants and any buisness.
There will be a $145 to $185 cleaning fee for all future bookings. This will help cover the cost of the cleaning after your stay as well as subsidize the cost of linens. We will no longer replenish supplies and daily towel service. Towel and linen exchange will be on Saturday for guest staying more than one week. Your unit has been stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, bar soap, facial tissue. We will not be able to provide any additional supplies during your stay. One bedroom unit occupancy is 4 persons and two bedroom occupancy 6 persons. Overcrowding of the units may result in an immediate eviction and loss of your deposit. All units are non smoking. No Pets allowed.
We can no longer offer discounted rates or exemptions to cleaning and linen fees. Our owners have been very generous to our guests not only during Coronavirus outbreak but also during red tide catastrope and hurricane seasons. We must now honor their established rates and policies.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. check out is 11:00 a.m. We can no longer offer early or late checkouts during the corona virus epidemic.
Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. to Dusk. Pool is for registered guests only. Children must be accompanied by an adult. No large float or rafts in the pool. No glass containers in or around the pool area. Guest's of the Princess Martha or the Tahitians may not have access to the Coconuts pool. The Villas on anna Maria Isand have there own pool.
Parking is limited. Thee is only one car per unit, there are no exceptions.
The property is privately owned and the managemnt reserves the right to refuse service if you do not follow the rules and regulations.
